栗にはタンニンという成分がたくさん含まれています。
処理をせずに扱うと、手垢や金属、埃や泥に反応して部分的に真っ黒になります。
そのため、強アルカリ性のもので表面を焼いてやります。
うちでは石灰を、水で溶いた物を使っています。
最近は毎日事務所の薪ストーブに癒されています。
ゆらめく炎はいつまで見ていても飽きることがありません。
温度が充分に上がったストーブのダンパーを絞ると炎が映画の効果撮影のようにスローモーションになる瞬間も見ていて面白いです。
学術的な考察によると、人は1/fと呼ばれる「ゆらぎ」に心癒されるようです。
木々のざわめき、花散る様、波の揺れ、雲の流れ、川のせせらぎ、炎のゆらめき。
この世界は美しいもので溢れています。
