今計画している建物のために梁を20本製材しています。
檜の6mです。
「太鼓」といって両サイドを製材機で割いた後、マサカリと手斧で仕上げていきます。
Beams
I'm currently sawing 20 beams for a building I'm planning.
They're 6m long cypress beams.
After splitting both sides with a sawmill, called a "drum," I'm going to finish them off with a broad axe and a adze.
