伊喜末八幡宮屋根改修工事
小豆島の八幡様の屋根改修工事を承りました。
雨漏り等の目立った損傷はありませんでしたが、度重なる付け足しの修繕により、各部材の適正でない納まりが目立ち、抜本的に修繕することとなりました。
写真は「蓑甲」と「鬼板」です。
櫛型の骨板に紐状の野地を張って曲線を出していきます。
鬼は型板をつくり左右対称に二つの部材を合わせてつくります。
とても思い出深い現場となりました。
Ikisue Hachiman Shrine Roof Repair Work
We were commissioned to repair the roof of Hachiman Shrine in Shodoshima.
There was no obvious damage such as leaks, but repeated repairs had caused improper fitting of the various components to become noticeable, and a thorough repair was required.
The photo shows the "mino-ko" and "oni-ita."
A string-like sheathing is stretched over a comb-shaped bone board to create a curve.
The oni is made by creating a template and fitting two components together symmetrically.
It was a very memorable job site.
