解体を通じて、納まりの良し悪し、個々の材料の耐久力も測りながら⚪︎（採用）、△（繕い後採用）、×（取り換え）と振り分け、保存小屋へ取り込みます。
新東住建工業株式会社では若手宮大工の育成に力を入れています。主に文化財の改修工事、社寺の新築を手がけています。共に働ける仲間を募集しています。
Renovation of Sekigawa Family Residence
The work progresses with sequential investigation, demolition, investigation, and material preservation.
Through demolition, we measure the fit and durability of each material, and classify them as ⚪︎ (used), △ (used after repair), or × (replaced), and put them into the preservation shed.
Shinto Jyukken Co., Ltd. is committed to training young shrine carpenters. We mainly work on the renovation of cultural properties and the construction of new shrines and temples. We are looking for people to work with us.
