カンパーニュの語源は、ラテン語で「パンを分け合う人々」を意味する「カンパニオ」です
また、フランス語では仲間のことを「コパン（copain）」といい、「パンを分け合って、食べる関係」がその語源ともいわれています
「発酵」から始まるパン作りはやがて人々の「和」を「醸し」素敵なコミュニティを形成していきます
食べて飲んで語って笑って眠って怒って踊って喜んで悲しんで走って歩いて
人の営みはさまざまな感情と行動が重なって繰り返されていきます
人の営みを「醸す」場としての建築を目指して
