引き続き屋根の解体を行なっています。
杉のへぎ板（板状に薄く割ったもの）を剥がした後は野地板を外していきます。
軒先以外は交換、修繕の痕跡が見られず、200年前の施工当時の仕事のままで、釘は四角い形の古いものでした。
釘には錆も見当たらず、雨水が侵入した事がないことを物語っています。
We are continuing to dismantle the roof.
After peeling off the cedar hegi boards (thin boards) we will remove the sheathing boards.
Apart from the eaves, there are no signs of replacement or repair and the work is unchanged from when it was constructed 200 years ago, with the nails being old and square.
There is no rust on the nails, which shows that rainwater has never penetrated.
